 The Turtle Bay Tree Fund is an all-volunteer organization whose mission is to enhance the Turtle Bay neighborhood with seasonal plantings and to maintain the trees, flower beds and enclosures with a program of pruning, watering, litter-removal, and replacement on a regularly scheduled basis
